We work with clients from all walks of life. We have Members who are a part of the NetJets program, or are former ROAM Maui members. We have flown countless military service Members and their pets to their overseas duty stations. We have booked once in a lifetime charters for clients moving to Hawaii, Costa Rica, Europe, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and across the United States. We work with many Members multiple times a year as they travel between their multiple homes. We have assisted in car shipments, hotel bookings, household good shipments, and finding realtors. We have booked VIP Ground Transportation across the United States for those looking to save money and safely transport their pets. We have the expertise to take on a wide variety of projects that our Members bring to us.
My “WHY” in 2022 was that I was desperate to keep my dogs out of cargo when my husband received orders for Oahu. I began researching anywhere and everywhere online for options to keep my precious Corgis, Gizmo and Stormy in the cabin with me. Luckily, Honey called me and I quickly became a Pet Jets Travel Club Member in order to receive inside knowledge on the private aviation industry and on how to transport my dogs to Hawaii. I knew from my research that chartering my own plane was out of the question, but the Pet Jets business model provided an opportunity for me to slide onto a flight.
Now, it is 2025 and I am blessed to say that I not only received amazing service as a Pet Jet’s Travel Club Member back in 2022, but that the opportunity to work with Honey on promoting the brand was given. I want to understand our Members, “WHY” because I had my own, “WHY.” Regardless of if you want to keep your pets by your side in the cabin of a private jet while flying overseas, or give your family the trip of a lifetime going to Disney, or charter a jet to avoid the hustle and bustle of the commercial airport experience – I can relate to your personal, “WHY.”
From Member to Special Projects Coordinator to Brand Director – I have learned after almost three years of this work that it is challenging. There are many intricate details involved in what we do for each project. When I first started working in marketing and in the private aviation industry for Made To Jetset, Inc. I was more neutral in my approach – not wanting to upset anyone, and I was still building my confidence. Now, I am confident and make it my goal to firmly communicate the company’s values and expectations. The M2J Club and Pet Jets Travel Club are exclusive. We only welcome people to work with us who share the values of gratitude, integrity, and positivity. We believe there is always a path forward – we ask that Member’s trust the process.
A large component that affects each project and Member’s experience is the attitude and energy they bring into the process. Honey and I have become very open about expecting clients to take on the values of this company while working with us. The values of having a positive attitude, good energy, and no entitlement are essential to making the impossible possible. The impossible being flying on private jet charters for unbelievable prices, and receiving out of the box solutions for your project.
I did not hesitate for a second to pay the retainer fee back when I became a Pet Jets Travel Club Member. I bring this up because we get requests often where people are asking us for quotes, advice, and inside knowledge before paying a retainer fee. Back when I paid to become a Pet Jets Travel Club Member in 2022, I did not know if I would be able to fly on a private jet charter due to my limited budget, but I paid it to receive the professional guidance. I was well aware that a professional’s time and efforts to consult for me should be paid for.
We do not owe anyone any project specific information if they have not paid us to work for them. I have spent the last few years building up the website, creating videos, and sending out informational emails to explain our business model. We always invite potential clients to call as well. Our company is relationship driven. All of our Members can attest to the fact that we spend a large amount of time communicating with them over the phone and by email. The “WHY” for us goes beyond just a normal job. It has been my mission for going on three years to expand the Made To Jetset, Inc. and Pet Jets brand. My, “WHY” behind growing this brand began because my own gratitude for the service was overflowing. I wanted other people to experience the unique, incredible experience that Honey and Pet Jets provided me. I have a huge sense of accomplishment every single time we complete a flight. My love and passion for the Made To Jetset, Inc. and Pet Jets brand has only grown. Every single day I ponder how we can continue to grow.
I have been in the shoes of our clients. A 4,400 mile move from Ohio to Oahu certainly introduced loads of stress into my life. When our Member’s call in the midst of selling homes, shipping cars, completing pet paperwork, and just mentally preparing for a large move – I have been there, and will be there again this year as I prepare to move off of Oahu. Moving, and traveling can bring overwhelming feelings, but remember your, “WHY” when those thoughts and feelings creep in. Whether you are moving overseas to serve our country, taking a vacation to enjoy some family time, or moving to a new location to make a change in your life – focus on the positive and shut down the negativity so you can fully enjoy the journey. We are here to take stress off our Member’s shoulders.
As I continue into 2025, I am working on not only various Member’s projects, but my own project of moving 4,400 miles from Oahu back to my home in Ohio.
