Made to Jetset, Inc DBA PetJets.co (the Air Charter Broker) arranges flights behalf of the client (Charterer), acting as an "Authorized Agent" for the client. Made to Jetset, Inc will always contract for transportation services only FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent that operate and exercise full operational control over those flights. Charterer acknowledges that Made to Jetset, Inc and PetJets.co is not a direct air carrier.
