In 2022, my life took an unexpected turn that led me to discover Pet Jets. As a dedicated high school English teacher in Ohio, I was thrust into a whirlwind of change when my husband received military orders for Oahu. In preparation for our move, I frantically searched Google and social media for a way to transport our beloved dogs without placing them in cargo. It was during this search that I stumbled upon Made to Jetset, Inc. Consulting and Pet Jets services.

The months that followed were a blur. In just two short months, we sold our home, I left my teaching job, and we packed up our lives to move to Hawaii. This experience of relocating overseas allowed me to deeply empathize with our clients who are also navigating significant life transitions.

In August 2022, I drove across the country from Ohio to San Diego, where I joined a flight share organized by our incredible Made to Jetset, Inc. Consulting and Pet Jets services Founder, Honey Jimenez Schmidt. The flight itself was nothing short of a dream come true—my pups flew right beside me in the cabin of a private jet. It was a heartwarming experience that solidified my passion for pet travel and the mission of Pet Jets clientele members services.

Prior to my journey with Made to Jetset, Inc. Consulting and Pet Jets services , I had a diverse professional background. I played and coached college softball at Ohio Christian University, where I also ventured into entrepreneurship by founding Level Up Softball in 2016. Through my business, I provided pitching lessons to beginners and collegiate players alike, which ignited my interest in social media marketing and content creation.

At 19, I was introduced to the business world while working for Northtowne Heating & Cooling, where I managed accounts payable and receivable. This early exposure fostered my passion for entrepreneurship and paved the way for my transition into marketing.

In February 2023, I officially launched Megan Newton LLC, focusing on creating marketing campaigns and social media content for Made to Jetset, Inc. Consulting and Pet Jets services. Collaborating with Honey daily, we work tirelessly to promote our brand, build flight shares, connect with vendors, and assist clients in navigating their traveling projects—whether they’re flying with or without pets.

While my professional life is fulfilling, my top priority remains my family. I married my husband, Elliott, in 2019, and together we welcomed our first son, Walker, into the world in October 2023. Our two Corgis, Gizmo and Stormy, hold a special place in my heart and were instrumental in sparking my passion for pet travel.

Consulting and Pet Jets services, I’ve found a way to blend my love for animals, my entrepreneurial spirit, and my desire to support others in their journey of moving with pets. I am excited about the future and eager to continue growing both personally and professionally in this rewarding field.
