Matt Schmidt brings more than 17 years of hands-on aviation experience to Made to Jetset Inc Consulting & Pet Jets ™, where he helps oversee operations, flight coordination, routing strategy, and aircraft management throughout the United States.

Matt’s background spans both instructional and operational aviation. As a veteran Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII), he has trained pilots across multiple levels while developing extensive experience in safety procedures, navigation, aircraft systems, and precision flight operations.

His technical expertise includes:

His attention to detail and operational mindset help support the high standards of professionalism, safety, and client service that define the company.

Matt works closely alongside Honey Jimenez Schmidt and the consulting team to help coordinate tailored travel solutions for clients, including private aviation opportunities, shared charter planning, family relocation projects, pet-friendly travel logistics, and VIP transportation coordination.

His ability to combine technical aviation knowledge with practical problem-solving and client-focused service makes him an important part of the company’s continued evolution within the private aviation and pet travel industry ✈️🐾

Outside of aviation, Matt enjoys flying, technology, outdoor travel, and mentoring the next generation of pilots while continuing to pursue the same passion for aviation that has driven him throughout his career.
